Building on the proven performance of the original PowerFlow, the PowerFlow II transitions from billet aluminum to an additively manufactured, fiber-reinforced composite structure, delivering the same performance in a significantly lighter, more efficient design.
Lightweight Composite Design: The PowerFlow II valve is half the weight of our original billet PowerFlow valve and lighter than the stock Polaris valve, improving throttle response and acceleration while maintaining rigidity where loads demand it.
Fiber-Reinforced Composite Construction: Additive composite manufacturing allows material to be placed only where it contributes to strength, replacing excess mass with an optimized internal structure that cannot be achieved through traditional machining.
FrogSkin® Screen Integration: Keep debris out while maintaining optimal airflow with the built-in FrogSkin screen.
Compact and Efficient: The PowerFlow II valve occupies less airbox space, ensuring a clean, seamless fit for the Polaris Boost platform.
